3Q Map of Attention
The 3Q Map of Attention is an application of the psychology of spiritual realisation, which identifies the basic operating system of human awareness, in the form of the twin poles of attention. The 3Q Map of Attention is therefore essential to navigate the pathway from ego to soul, which activates spiritual intelligence.
The SQ Portal
The SQ Portal is a rapid method of activating spiritual intelligence. Transit through the SQ Portal is accomplished in three steps, starting at the object-pole of attention and emerging at the subject-pole of attention. The first step starts from the state of ego within the thinking mind at the object-pole of attention. The second step dissolves the thinking mind in heart-feeling. In the third step of the SQ Portal you emerge at the subject-pole of attention, beyond the ego, as unmodified consciousness itself, otherwise known as the soul.
The 3Q Portal
The SQ Portal thus activates spiritual intelligence by proceeding step by step from IQ to EQ to SQ. Accordingly, this pathway is also called the 3Q Portal. The three steps of the Portal represent the fastest and most direct pathway from one pole of attention to the other. The resulting polar shift from ego to soul activates spiritual intelligence, thus replacing ego reactions with soul responses.
How to Experience Spiritual Intelligence
Spiritual intelligence is easy to experience. We all experience SQ spontaneously at times. But spontaneous moments of SQ are rare and unpredictable. Therefore it’s important to know how to experience SQ intentionally. When you can engage your spiritual intelligence voluntarily, at any time of your own choosing, SQ becomes your most powerful personal resource. As a powerful combination of three principal dimensions of intelligence, 3Q represents IQ and EQ in association with SQ. There are many other sites about spiritual intelligence, as I am sure you are aware from doing research on this topic. As a researcher on this subject, you must be familiar with many of these other sites. However, my findings about spiritual intelligence are published only on this site. Other sites on this subject are therefore without my findings about the basic operating system of human awareness, in the form of the twin poles of attention, which is the key to understanding and experiencing spiritual intelligence. So in answer to your question if you want to find out more, I recommend that you read the other articles on this site.
Nobody really cares about the particular method so long as it provides benefits and more importantly is easy to implement. When I think about it, for many the only real prerequisite is that it works.
Im typically scurrying around the net the majority of the day, hence I tend to read quite a lot, which unfortunately isn’t usually a good thing, as most web sites I see are composed of trash copied from other websites a zillion times. You are right that spiritual intelligence is not an immediate remedy for a serious health issue like heart disease. But in terms of your happiness, which is more important? Is it more important to have a physically healthy heart or a peaceful heart? Of course, both are desirable. But which is more relevant to your happiness right now? Obviously a peaceful heart is more relevant. That’s the importance of spiritual intelligence. And perhaps a peaceful heart will assist in your physical recovery? There is much evidence that one’s emotional state greatly influences physical health. So it’s absolutely relevant to use your spiritual intelligence to aid your recovery.
